Stainless steel is not really stainless, nor does it suffer from wear and tear because of its hardness. If used or maintained improperly, it will rust or wear, even if the international first-line brand is no exception, so here to share some maintenance methods, I hope to help you.

1. Daily Maintenance
•Avoid collision and friction with hard objects. If food is sticky, soak it in water and scrape it off with soft material.
•Do not soak in water for a long time. Wash and dry in time after use.
•Before cleaning, it is recommended to soak in a special deoxidizing solvent for about 20 minutes, then soak in boiling water with a suitable amount of lemon slices to help remove oxides on stainless steel surfaces.

2. Dishwasher-related.
•When placed in a dishwasher, make sure that the handle is down and that forks and knives are not more classified, because the mixing method allows the mist to wash away dirt better.
•Do not mix stainless steel, silver or silver plated tableware in a washing basket. Because stainless steel is harder than silver, it scratches silver tableware.
•Tableware must be removed from the dishwasher in time to avoid exposure to damp air for too long.
•In order to achieve a bright effect, please pay special attention to the instructions when using high-quality detergent powder or detergent.
•Check your dishwasher instructions carefully and follow them.
•After washing, it should be placed in a dry cabinet padded with dry cloth.

3. Use safety
•Salt, soy sauce and vegetable soup should not be kept for a long time, because these foods contain many electrolytes, such as stainless steel, like other metals, react electrochemically with these electrolytes to dissolve toxic metal elements.
•We can't use stainless steel utensils to boil Chinese medicines, because Chinese medicines contain many alkaloids, organic acids and other ingredients. Especially under heating conditions, it is difficult to avoid chemical reactions with Chinese medicines, which will make them ineffective and even produce some more toxic compounds.
•Do not wash with strong alkaline or oxidizing chemicals such as soda, bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite, etc., because these substances are electrolytes, which also react with stainless steel.
